Penguin and Pijanga

Hmmm, puydi badja mag-iban an penguin sanan an pidjanga!

Last Saturday, after my UP extramural class, I brieftly passed by MDOer Peter Sy's place. I've finally met another lively, bouncing, and certainly brilliant pidjanga - Simon Peter - Peter and Helen's firstborn. Again, ngay and helen, congratulations!

I've also "met" for the first time Peter's penguin - his Linux!

We were talking about the revival of the MDO website, when suddently all that I hear was... blah! blah! blah! Yes, I have to stop Peter from talking because I did not understand much what he was saying. He must have assumed that I understand computer programs very well as he showed me what was already a Linux System (which i thought was an ordinary obsolete dos-based program) and how easy commands can be handled. I took notice that he is also a mac-mini enthusiast (i have to ask him pa what was it!) and a mozilla-firefox user.

Now I ended up having to do extra readings about the above. Peter was eager enough to refer me to www.knoppix.com... I have opened it and I think I'll have to find time studying what it all say about the Linux.
