An Ilongga from Mindanao

Ma. Teresa Palabrica Mosende
Born on the 18th of June, 1971, Teng was raised in the province of Bukidnon in Mindanao, Philippines. Her parents were from the province of Iloilo in the Western Visayas. Her mother, nanay Mercedes, hails from Barotac Nuevo while her father, tatay Federico, comes from Passi.

Teng finished her elementary and secondary education at the Loyola High School in Don Carlos, Bukidnon. She earned her Baccalaureate Degree in High School Education majoring Physical Education, Health and Music (PEHM) from Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City. Since college, she taught PEHM at the family-owned St. Marys School in Cagayan de Oro City until 2000.

Matet to most friends and Teng to her family, she is often described as loving yet strict and disciplinarian, source of advise, a sister to fellow teachers, a terrific dancer, a singer, a guitarist, an artist, a great chef, and the beautiful lady of the Palabrica family.

She met Peter in 2000 in Cagayan de Oro City and their affection to each other started after a week of travel in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Thailand. Teng married Peter in 2001 at the Immaculate Conception Chapel, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City. She is now the happy mother of two very lovely and happy kids... Aurens (John Lawrence Anthony) and Dilion (Dilion Michelangelo).
