Happy Feast Day... The Assumption of Mary into Heaven!

Hello Philippines... Hello world! Here's a Baguio City photo of the Mosende Family with Kuya Toto and Ate Joy. We were there August 11-14, 2006.

Mixed emotions... mixed feelings... but its overwhelmingly joy and enjoyment!

Here's a count of the many blessings in the past days...
  1. Got my dream job. Hamdullellah... Praise be to Mary, Jesus, and Joseph! Yehey... I received the official WHO Geneva notice that I got the UN post that I applied for. Wow... I am now part of the UN family! My UN clock ticks on August 21, 2006. Today is the Feast of the Assumption, a very appropriate time to offer prayers of thanksgiving.
  2. My Ate Joy from Egypt, who has been out of the country for almost 20 years, is here in the Philippines... safe and sound! My trips to Egypt (2000 and 2003) have been so amazing because she was there. She will have her great visit here, promise.
  3. Got reunited with the children of Ate Carol (our Eldest Sister who now in the US)... Karel, Krsytal, and Karlo. The kids joined us in our Baguio tour... with Karel (who also spent his birthday last August 13 with us) and Karlo travelling from La Union (one hour trip to Baguio City). I wish we can spend more time with them. I invited them to spend Christmas with us.
  4. Got new gadgets. Well, foremost, Teng got her new motorola camera phone.
  5. And, well, good health restored. The family is well and okay now!
I will upload the rest of the photos (selection from around 800 shots!) in my multiply photo album later. Meanwhile, here's one take at the Baguio Catheral with niece Krystal Villalon who is taking BS Nursing at St. Louis University, Baguio City.
