Renzo is finally laid to rest at the Holy Cross Memorial Center (Quezon City) yesterday, May 5, 2006. We took pictures of the burial but I decided to post the ones taken after the ceremony. It is not the best way but somehow, because of Renzo, the Yap family has some sort of a reunion. I saw Auntie Fe and Auntie Bebot after a long time and I met Manong Iloy for the first time.
Spending time with Renzo's parents, Ate Sharon and Kuya Jovy. It is very painful but God has HIS ways and most of them we don't have to understand. We just have to believe that He loves us so much.
Aurens and Michael exhibit the traditional "mano" (kissing of hands) and warm embraces. This sight always warms up my heart... very beautiful Filipino tradition.

my condolences. the loss really starts to sink in after the funeral, when the visitors have gone. but people cope.
